Baptism Registration Form
Welcome Parents,

The Sacrament of Baptism is the first Right of Initiation into the Catholic Faith.  This packet is designed to help familiarize yourself with this beautiful sacrament and guide you in your journey to bring your child(ren) into the church as true disciples of Christ.  Preparing for the celebration of any sacrament is a time of joy and anticipation in the life of your family as well as the church.

We ask that you take time to read through this material, pray about what it is you want for your child through the sacrament and discuss the commitment it requires.  If you wish to continue with the preparation, please complete the Baptismal Questionnaire and Information Form and return them to the parish office. We ask that you provide the godparents with all written material for them and you are welcome to keep the third copy for your records. Once we receive the completed packet you will be contacted by a pastoral team member to share more information about the process and to answer any questions you may have.

Baptisms are held on the 1st Sunday of each month following the 8:30AM Mass.  The Baptismal Preparation Sessions are held in St. Joseph Hall on the last Thursday of the month prior to the Baptism.  Sessions begin at 6:30PM and last approximately one and a half hours.

Weekly participation in the Sunday Eucharist is a sign of your openness to the wonder and grace of God.  If you have been away from the weekly Sunday Eucharist, this is a wonderful time to return to the table of the Lord. It is Jesus who desires to nourish and feed us each Sunday at the table of the Word and the table of the Eucharist.

We look forward to joining you and your child(ren) on this journey to the table of  the Lord.  We pray that God will bless you and your family as you continue to grow in faith.

                                                                                                     Respectfully Yours In Christ,

                                                                                           Father Frank Kurzaj
