FUNERAL PLANNING GUIDE

 Planning a Funeral Mass can be one of the most difficult events in a family's life.  At St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, we would like to make this as simple as possible for the loved ones of our departed parishioners.  If you are using a Funeral Home they will contact us on your behalf to schedule a meeting.  If you are not using a Funeral Home, as in some cases of cremation, please contact Lindsay at the Parish Office at (830) 460-4712 to schedule a meeting.    

FUNERAL READINGS

The Catholic Church offers a selection of Mass readings specific to funeral Masses.  We have provided the Standard Funeral Readings below. Or family members may pick a reading from the Old Testament and a reading from the New Testament.  A Gospel reading may be chosen by the family or left for the priest to decide. The options available can be found by clicking on the Funeral Reading Full List below.
